Room Booking Confirmation Policy

Hotel booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payments thru Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Room Booking Cancellation / No Show Policy

For cancellation of booking, the Guest should notify Issham Hotel Central Reservation (Telephone: +966 2 2755555, Fax: +966 2 2757777, Email: reservation@isshamhotel.com) 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date and will be refunded less 7% of the total deposit as cancellation charge.

If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 72 hours threshold (3 days prior to the arrival date), a one night room charge will be imposed.

Shorten Stay Policy

If guest shortens his stay, the Hotel Management will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance back.

Buffet Breakfast

• The breakfast which is included in the Room Rate is Buffet breakfast in Amore Café.
• Buffet breakfast timing is from 07:00 am to 11:00 am in Amore Café.

All other terms and conditions as per Hotel policy and according to the law of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
